In 2003, Shandon had the opportunity to invest in a medical equipment, electronic dictation systems and EMR sales company. Shandon expanded the organization through both organic and inorganic growth to cover five states (Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Florida & South Carolina).  In addition to managing the sales organization, Shandon introduced product lines to include staffing, recruitment and management services.  Jeff Edwards joined Shandon during this growth period.  At maturity, the sales and staffing division was sold, and Shandon continued with business advisory services including the Virtual Chief Operating Officer (VCO2) service line.

Our clients have ranged from private equity/venture capital firms, healthcare systems, rural hospitals, community hospitals, large physician groups, independent practitioners and ancillary services to medical education and training organizations. In late 2013, Shandon relocated to Florida while expanding our consultation offerings in the area of population health management.
