Tessie Quattlebaum
Tessie completed a BBA with dual majors in Management and Marketing (including targeted MBA studies) at Georgia State University while graduating Magna Cum Laude and Faculty Scholar ranked in the top 5% of her class across all academic disciplines. Committed to continuous professional education, she later achieved “Life” status in the designations of Certified Healthcare Business Consultant (CHBC), and Life-Fellow, American College of Healthcare Executives (LFACHE). She has been quoted in numerous leading industry publications, featured as a faculty speaker at national medical conferences and physician societies, and led consulting professionals’ educational career workshops.
Equally committed to advancing excellence in the healthcare consulting and management career field, Tessie has held key roles influential to shaping ethics, policy, education, and certification for the profession including executive leadership of The Society of Medical-Dental Management Consultants, Trustee of The Institute of Certified Healthcare Business Consultants, and founding Charter Board Member of the National Society of Certified Healthcare Business Consultants. In recognition of her diverse contributions and mentorship to these organizations for over 18 years, her peers have honored her with multiple top awards granted for her distinguished, outstanding service.
An Atlanta resident, Tessie enjoys painting, music, sailing, a robust debate, and a passion for continuous learning. Her greatest satisfaction is actualizing the true essence of life in quality time spent together with her wonderful husband, two loving children and four grandchildren.
